Moonlight whispers secrets sweet,
In the night, our hearts meet,
Stars align, a celestial show,
Dreams unfold, as moments flow,
Silence deep, a peaceful hush,
The world slows down, in gentle rush,
Shadows dance, upon the wall,
Love's presence, heard by all,
In this calm, our souls entwine,

Morning sun, a new beginning brings,
Hope renewed, as heart's wings sing,
Dew-kissed grass, a fresh delight,
Nature's beauty, pure and bright,
The breeze carries scents so fine,
Awakening senses, all divine,
In this dawn, our love's reborn,
Promises made, hearts sworn,
Together we stand, hand in hand,
United we face, this brand new land.

Memories crafted, moments shared,
Laughter echoes, joy unspared,
Tears of sorrow, wiped away,
In each other's arms, we stay,
Through life's journey, we navigate,
Side by side, our love creates,
A bond so strong, through trials true,
Our love shines bright, forever new,
In every moment, we find peace,

If there are two conflicting laws applicable to a circumstance, situation or fact, it bears the question of which of these two conflicting laws shall be considered and applied. One cannot just take any one based on speculative mind since the law has to be certain. In this vain, this piece brings to you a thorough research of the subject matter with adequate authorities. The maxim “ Leges posteriores priores contrarias abrogant ” is translated as “ [s]ubsequent laws repeal prior conflicting ones” — See Black's Law Dictionary (8th ed. 2004), Page 5327. To put differently, later laws abrogate earlier contrary ones. It is a principle which states that, where two laws or legal instruments conflict, the one adopted later in time, rather than the one adopted earlier, is considered binding on the relevant parties. Qui facit per alium, facit per se principle states that ’he who acts by another acts by himself'.
